    FRESH!  Menopause Whist Black Season Eight! Our guest for Episode ONE of our new season is Cordelia Asamoah 'Getting the Right Care is a Lottery!" 'Dee' Asamoah is Founding director of Cabot Theydon, a procurement consultancy which helps organisations develop processes and procedures to streamline buying activities and optimise spending power. She is also a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply.Having recently completed a pioneering double masters degree in reparatory justice, this makes Dee one of 5 graduates in the world with a joint MSc/MA masters resulting from a collaboration between the University of Glasgow and The University of the West Indies. Dee is currently developing a reparations consultancy that encourages organisations with historical links to the Transatlantic slave trade to engage with communities descended from enslaved Africans and to agree reparative solutions - focussing more towards generational healing.     I'm a Physician! Yet Dr Google was my friend!

    Our guest for Season Eight Episode two is Dr Ayana Gibbs. 'I'm a Physician! Yet Dr Google was my friend" Dr. Ayana Gibbs is a psychiatrist and hormone health specialist with over 20 years of experience across the NHS, academia, the pharmaceutical industry, and private practice. She is passionate about improving access to evidence-based mental health care, particularly for women of colour, with a special focus on the intersection of neurodiversity, hormone health and mental well-being. Ayana trained in psychiatry at The Maudsley Hospital in London, earned a PhD in Neuroscience from King’s College London, and has authored numerous academic publications. She currently works as a Consultant Psychiatrist with a specialist focus on adult ADHD, is an Honorary Clinical Senior Lecturer at Brighton & Sussex Medical School and divides her time between the UK and the Caribbean. Ayana is the founder of the Caribbean Mind & Hormone Clinic, a telemedicine service designed to fill critical gaps in mental health care across the Caribbean.     I Wish I Had This Superpower When I Was Younger!

    Menopause Whist Black Season 8, episode 3 is with womens health and hormone coach, Pamela Windle. Pamela is a certified international women's health coach, speaker, and menstruation and menopause consultant for the workplace, with over 20 years of experience in the health and wellness industry. She has received training from The Integrated Women's Health Institute and the International Menopause Society (IMS), holds membership with the IMS and the British Standard Institute (BSI), and is an advisor to the BSI for the Menstruation, Menstrual Health and Menopause in the Workplace. Pamela is also on the advisory board for The International Organization for  Standardisation ISO. Pamela holds a BSc in Psychology and Sports Science, is a hypnotherapist, NLP pyschotherapy practitioner. She is also a certified Personal trainer. Pamela is passionate about educating and empowering women, disrupting the narrative about women's health. She offers evidence-based practices and combines training and techniques tailored to individual needs.     FRESH!  Menopause Whist Black Season Eight, episode FOUR is with Jennifer Stoute. 'If you can't control it, leave it! " Jennifer Stoute has represented Great Britain more than 20 times, competing in two Commonwealth Games and two European Championships, where she earned both gold and silver medals. The highlight of her career came at the 1992 Barcelona Olympics, where she won a bronze medal in the 4x400m relay, cementing her status as one of Britain’s finest sprinters. Jennifer returned to the public eye as "Rebel" in 1986 on the immensely popular television show Gladiators. Her four-year stint on the show established her as a role model for children across the UK and an ambassador for numerous youth charities. This experience led to further acting opportunities, including TV and radio appearances, roles in pantomimes, and guest spots on shows like This Morning and the Disney Channel. Currently Jennifer runs a global sports management company Astra partners with her ex partner and father of her children John Regis.  Jennifer signed with Europe’s leading agency, Models1, as a mature model at the age of 53.
