Great advice in a calming and reassuring way

Really useful advice and tips given in a calm and reassuring way. With this podcast Gabrielle has helped me to calm a lot of my overthinking and made me think of things in ways I never have before. I also like to read the transcript along side when I struggle hear. It’s a brilliant resource to come back to on difficult days. Highly recommended.
