Let's Assume Everyone Has A Lot Going On

Let's Assume Everyone Has A Lot Going On

This episode was inspired by an IG Reel (click here to check it out) around how it'll be nice when everyone stops assuming they know everything that's going on with someone. And I had a lot of thoughts about that as someone who openly shares how chronic illness affects how I show up in my business.

It's a great one to ponder and reflect!

Why I Never Gave a Flying Hoot About Being Known

Why I Never Gave a Flying Hoot About Being Known

This one hits home as I discuss why I never wanted my name in lights or cared for people to know who I was. I hope this episode inspires you as well as spotlights what I've overcome to get to this point in my business. Being seen and known is a scary, unsafe place for a lot of us. And yet, the impact I want to make is far greater than the fear I have. Enjoy the episode.

    The Best Hire of 2022

    The Best Hire of 2022

Another great episode of behind the scenes of my life and who was my BEST hire of 2022!

I felt like I needed to share something positive about my hiring and team so I wanted to share who my best hire was last year. And they were someone who wasn't a "business" hire.

I share not only why we hired someone in this capacity, where we found them, what their first initial projects were and how they are STILL with us 1 year later.

There were a few things mentioned in today's episode, so here are the links:

What Happens When You Evolve + People Still Want You To Be Who You Were

What Happens When You Evolve + People Still Want You To Be Who You Were

Welcome back to the Systems Saved Me® Podcast!

It feels great to be back on the mic. It's like riding a bike - hey that rhymes!

Anywho this episode is for anyone who is making a shift in some aspect but people aren't comfortable with you changing.

I'm very much in the middle of a shift now due to 1 health reasons and 2 I feel like I grew up 10 years in the last 365 days.

2022 was the year I learned the MOST about being a business owner. And it was nothing near a perfect year. We made a bit more revenue than 2021, however I was mentally, emotionally, and physically exhausted.

And it took a toll in a lot of areas. But in the hundreds of lessons I learned from that year on how to be a better leader, I realized some strenghts I didn't even know I had. So come enjoy some behind the scenes how I'm navigating this right now as well as how I've navigated this occurrence in the past. Enjoy!
