This is a great podcast and has helped me improve my life a significant amount. The guests are generally questioned well and the information they provide is fantastic. As with all things you should check the information yourself. All those talking about misinformation, it’s an opinion or in some cases a fact on something from someone smarter than yourself, take it how you will. If you are bringing up the BBC documentary then you should get your head tested, they themselves are self serving, both the broadcaster and the experts that appeared. Keep doing what you are doing!

I love these podcasts, Steven gives the guests time to explain and his knowledge is outstanding. Great to see such a wide range of speakers covering topics which others aren’t brave enough to talk to. So many hosts interupt and try and get their pov across.

There's something a bit gross about the recent beginning-of-the-year episode about money. Listening to two multi millionaires laughing about the best way to avoid tax is dreadful. I just unsubscribed

The dedicated diligence in finding leading experts to break down complex concepts in such an accessible way is admirable on this podcast. Steven’s open mindedness and curiosity help bring to the surface the points that matter. The podcast with Allen Schore and Anna Lembke are superb. As a psychotherapist in training I am swimming in theory and research yet find Steven’s ability to extract what truly matters so helpful. Huge high five to the team for their continued mega efforts in helping us all know what matters so we can make informed - and compassionate - decisions. Amen for bringing the complexity of addiction and codapendency in such an easy to grasp, powerful format!
