         Episode 6 features special guest Jake Tuura. Jake is former collegiate strength coach and now has his own online programs available at his website, www.jackedathlete.com. Jake talks about his journey as an athlete growing up in Wisconsin, his first collegiate job working under Cal Dietz and some of the struggles and frustrations he’s faced working for college programs.

         We talk about our continuous efforts to progress the strength and performance world and the importance of admitting how little we really know. We also discuss the cultural gaps between different sports, why some athletes are more reluctant to commit to the weight room than others, and how we as coaches can better serve the athletes by understanding them.

    Episode 4 features strength and movement expert Eric D’Agati. Eric has over 20 years of experience in the industry as a coach, trainer and consultant. He has worked with Olympians, World Series Champions, Pro-Bowl Athletes and several NFL teams, including a 9-year stint with the New York Giants. Eric also serves on the advisory boards for On Base University, The Baseball Health Network and the Raritan Valley College Exercise Science Department and has been a lead instructor with Functional Movement Systems since 2006.

    Episode 3 features shooting author, Mike Dunn. Mike has grown an Instagram following of over 200 thousand in the past few years as one of the top shooting coaches in the basketball community.
