Often when we engage in retrospective evaluation of the past, we can be overwhelmed by mistakes or embarrassing situations. It's sometimes hard to reclaim power over those times, and it can be quite the "downer" to put it lightly. 

This piece is dedicated to anyone who's ever felt burdened by the past, so much that moving on has been difficult. I hope it brings you some joy and a new perspective to face a new day.
