Finally she has a podcast!

Yalda is smart, real, and to the point. She took matters on her own hands to heal herself when doctors couldn’t. She amassed a wealth of information that she shares in her Eat Burn Sleep platform/Instagram. She is a big advocate of mental health and we need more than ever. I learnt a ton from her.
These episodes are gold not only to keep learning, but to feel inspired and have a more positive outlook on life. Keep it up 🥰
