    Fat loss, nutrition and exercise red button examples! Why just because “Brenda” says it’s healthier and better for fat loss sadly doesn’t mean it is... Facts not Perception and yes sadly today’s world facilitates this being skewed no matter how nice “Brenda” is or how good the packaging or marketing is. Avocados are fattening.... you need to have xyz.....try my X diet.... the world is full of nonsense perceptions we are led to believe rather than facts. Weekly weigh ins causing upset and “Brenda’s” expectations along with managing your own expectations..... facts not perception! Do you value your efforts? Are you your biggest critic? Are you managing your expectations from yourself? Do you see things as failures? Do you blame your willpower? Reflection on these situations from my coaching experience and having that underpinning knowledge to see past all what’s promised/sold/we are told to what things truly are.
