Where the heck have we been?
We know, we know, we have been pretty MIA on this good 'ol poddy.
We talk through where we have been, what has been going on and how we are moving forward.
There are times in our lives where we have to take steps back from the things that are not a major priority. Does not mean we do not love you all, but it means that our main focus is not right here at this particular moment.

Imposter Syndrome
Imposter Syndrome- loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they’re deserving of accolades.
Something that most of us experience but never realize that this is occuring. Alex and Jen talk through their experience, along with how they handle it on the regular basis.

Should Women Lift Weights?
Answering the age old questions, "Should Women Lift Weights?"
All too often we get this question. Women fear getting "bulky" or bigger. When in all reality in order to lose weight you must build muscle. The only way to build muscle is add resistance or load to that particular muscle. AKA lift weights.
Or in Jen's words " Lift heavy A Sh*t."

Fitness Trackers: Which do you prefer?
This week we talk about about fitness trackers: Apple, Fitbit and Myzone.
We actually tested the accuracy of our Myzones in comparison to our wrist monitors with a fun, nonstop moving workout.
We believe Myzone is one of the most accurate fitness trackers. It is a chest strap that you need to wear as close to your heart as you can. We believe it gives some of the most accurate reads.
There are times were wrist trackers can be slightly skewed. So we tested it out!

Episode 3: The new fitness norm
Join Jen and I as we talk through the new fitness norms: virtual and online training. We discuss how it has affected us personally in workouts and our jobs.
First, we start off by reviewing muscle mac and skin te. These are products that are easily found in grocery stores, but yet we question if we should buy them. So here we are trying them for you!
