“I’m Lindsey, a mother of two little girls living on the seacoast of New Hampshire with my husband, cats and our Great Pyrenees mix. I am an herbalist, gardener, and worked as a chef for many years, and then as a garden designer/landscaper before becoming a stay at home mom.
I’m sharing the stories of my two births- one at the hospital, and the other a freebirth at home with just my husband and our eldest daughter present. I want to remind women how powerful their bodies are! My stories tell the tale of listening to my intuition versus fear, and letting it be an inner compass for life. You birth how you live!”

20. [BIRTH STORY] WITH REGINA OF THE CELESTIAL WOMB - HOME BIRTH TO FREE BIRTH
Regina is an energy and birth worker that specializes in Astrology, Human Design, physiological birth and holistic postpartum care.
She is the founder of The Celestial Womb, a container created to help women reconnect with their inner source and re-align.
Before founding The Celestial Womb, she spent a decade in the corporate legal business world focusing on legal technology, solutions, research and business sales.
Regina discovered birth work first by becoming a doula, and her love of birth only deepened after supporting many women and having her own children.
After her first child, it was increasingly difficult to ignore the signs that she was in the wrong career. When she was most disconnected from herself, and her true energy, Regina discovered human design and re-discovered Astrology.
These energetic modalities changed her life for the better as it was the catalyst to fully re-align with her most authentic self.
Regina incorporates all her energetic knowledge into her free birth and postpartum offerings and takes a mind, body, and spirit approach to guiding her clients back to themselves.

19. [WISE WOMAN] WITH JACQUE GEORGE OF MATRU-PREMA BIRTH
Join me for a candid conversation between two nurses turned doulas who LOVE advocacy and Women-led birth.
In this episode my guest will touch on her journey with IVF and a medicalized birth experience during COVID times. This birth motivated her to "bridge the gap" and help inform other Mama's-to-be about their options.
We dive in to physiological birth, free birth, & attending births in the hospital. Lastly, we touch in on the state of our maternity care system and the impact of the lack of resources in small rural areas and what we can do about it!
My guest today is Jacqueline George. Jacqueline is a Certified Birth Doula (CD) trained by The Matrona Quantum Birth & Midwifery, a registered nurse, and a yoga instructor certified in prenatal and Hatha styles. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington University. Currently, Jacqueline resides in Medicine Bow, Wyoming with her husband and son.
Jacqueline truly believes that birth is a natural, highly personal, and transformative experience that women's bodies are perfectly made to navigate. She also believes that, while technological advances in maternity care have saved many lives and improved outcomes, most births do not require such intervention or medical management. With this in mind, she is committed to supporting her clients' specific birth wishes, whatever they may be, and to helping them develop and achieve a birth plan that fits their unique needs and wants.
Jacqueline supports all of types birth in all settings and brings her multifaceted knowledge as well as her own pregnancy and birth experience to enhance and empower each client's individual journey.

16. MY BIRTH STORY - KIAN ASHER IS BORN
In this bonus episode I read to you the story of Kian's birth on September 11, 2022; My initiation into Motherhood.
I have recorded my birth story on numerous podcasts which I will link below if you are curious. Each time I tell it there are more layers and nuances. I continue to learn and be humbled by this experience, this Rite of Passage. The version I read today was written about 6 months after he was born and holds a beautiful frequency.
