👉🏻Our guest is Joanna Haymore, MS, OTR/L, CMT, CST-D. Joanna graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Masters in Occupational Therapy in 1994 and from the School of Body-Mind Centering, founded by Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen in 1989. She became a licensed massage therapist in North Carolina in 2000. Joanna is on the UI staff as an instructor for Developing and Deepening Your CranioSacral Presence, DDCSP. She leads local groups and teaches Full Body Presence workshops and staffing support for the Healing from the Core curriculum. Currently, Joanna works closely with a holistic psychiatrist to provide clients with a means of addressing a variety of issues including chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and depression with increased inner resources.
