    T’s training style that works best for her clients are weight and strength training, HIIT, and pilates-inspired moves. She believes that your movement can determine your livelihood.

    HI FRIENDS! Naomi Here. Today, I figured we would do something different. I wanted to give you guys a WORKOUT! Yes, I said it! This is an all bodyweight, HIIT style 20 minute workout and we are focused on CORE and CARDIO! This is a sample of a workout that I have recorded for the app called “MOVEWITH” which is an audio-based movement app.

    You can find SO many different types of workouts on MoveWith. I have also uploaded over 40 workouts on it! You can find HIIT to yoga to meditation, and more!

    This workout is 20 minutes and SUPER fun!!! Let me know what you think! 
    2 rounds warm up:
    Walk outs -- 1 plank jack
    jumping jacks
    mountain climbers
    Forearm plank
    2 rounds- 30 sec each:
    Bicycle crunches
    Hollow Hold
    Sprinter Sit ups
    High Plank cross climbers
    2 rounds- 30 on/15 rest
    Fast feet/1 burpee
    Broad jump forward, shuffle back
    Side plank (R then L) 
    EMOM
    6 burpees--> high knees
    10 push ups--> jump squats

Just found this podcast and WOAH. Authentic.

Naomi has a great gift of making business owners comfortable and it shows in the podcast. There’s an awesome mix of getting VALUABLE ACTIONABLE INSPIRING business/ health insights or tips you can use AND learning about the business owner as person. It’s as if to say, “hey I’m a person too - you can do this.”

Naomi also keeps hitting the nail in the head with guest speakers/coaches. Especially loved the episodes with Jenn Kennedy - money mindset tips , Eliza Shirazi - getting started with her fitness empire, and Naomi herself on MAcros/ intuitive eating

HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
It’s in my new regular podcast rotation :)
