I’ve only listened to two episodes but I’m already feeling uplifted and hopeful for my future. As a full-time working mom with a high stress job and recovering from PPD, the past two years since the birth of my son have been so incredibly hard. This podcast genuinely fills my cup with hope and tangible action items from someone who truly gets it. I can’t wait to explore more.

I have been so incredibly exhausted for years with my two little boys who are the best but I was so tired I couldn’t enjoy them as much as I wanted to. I listened to the episode on bedtime routines and am finally feeling actually rested when I wake up for the first time in SO long. She said just what I needed to hear to finally put my phone DOWNSTAIRS at night and calm my nervous system at nighttime. Thank you Michelle for helping me finally start to really enjoy Motherhood :)

Stumbled across this podcast while searching for some episodes of nervous system regulation and hit the jackpot here! The few episodes I’ve listened to have been short, sweet, and full of so many helpful (and doable) strategies! Looking forward to going back and listening to some more episodes and the episodes to come!
