I walk you through WHY and HOW I got started with Intermittent Fasting. I dive into details on what made me try this nutritional lifestyle, how I fit it into my schedule, what a typical day looks like for me (what I eat in a day), and the results I've seen while following an 18:6 lifestyle. Keep in mind, I am not a doctor, dietician, nutritionist, or any thing like that. I am a personal trainer who was extremely frustrated with her body not changing despite 6 days of training in the gym. I read a few books, dove head first into intermittent fasting, and I love the results I've seen (and continue to see!)
