8 Dimensions of Wellness is a podcast focused on helping you to live well!
We'll speak with individuals about each of the eight dimensions of wellness: social, financial, physical, spiritual, environmental, emotional, intellectual, and occupational. You'll hear about their own unique experiences, how they maintain their wellness in these dimensions, and ways you can do the same.
