I love your podcast!

I have been super interested in triathlon over the past year. I found your podcast a few months ago and I have been binge listening episodes ever since! The sport seemed very overwhelming at first and this podcast has helped ease the anxieties. I finally got enough courage to join a local tri-club and hope to race my first sprint by the end of the year :). I come from a swimming and running background and the cycling side is very unfamiliar to me. I went to my local cycle shop recently and the amount of gear overwhelmed me. Could you do an episode on necessity purchases for beginner triathletes with an emphasis on cycling?

You guys rock! - P.s. you should do Ironman Louisville!

Always learning

A fun perspective on how real life training can go. It is fun to hear stories that most people can relate to, and pick up some good tips and tricks no matter if you are a beginner or avid triathlete.

Love it!

Found this podcast while looking to learn more about triathlon, as I know nothing and have to start somewhere.....why not learn from those who are “in the know”?!? Love these ladies and their frank approach to sharing....as well as their positive, can-do approach to life. I look forward to continuing the learning from them! Thanks for offering this FAB learning opportunity!!
