He shares his own experiences and the revelations that come from scrutinizing outgoing costs, driving home the principle that in business, it's not just what you make, but what you keep. Matt discusses the importance of distinguishing between essential tools that drive income and the shiny allure of tech solutions that may not add value to your agency. He candidly recounts his decision to cancel services like agency Zoom, which, despite their potential, weren't contributing to his bottom line. Matt also shares his success with tools like BombBomb for video outreach, illustrating the impact of selecting the right tech that aligns with your business model. Best insurance agent podcast ever-

This is the best, down to earth, realistic podcast opening up the day to day, week to week of being an insurance agent. Short, entertaining, and real. Great speaker with real examples and even mistakes and how to resolve and grow. Staffing issues, claims issues, how to retain and grow, and be valuable.
His program is great too, one of the best dollars paid for his systems and guidance.
Just what I needed and still use years into owning my agency.
Thank you Matt.
