    In this episode Keara teaches you how to stop comparing where you’re at with life to where everyone else is. It doesn’t more you father ahead, improve your situation, or help you find peace. Comparing yourself to others just feed your shame, fuels your feeling of inadequacy, and ultimately, it keeps you stuck. There is no correct path in life. Everyone has their own unique journey. A path that is right for someone else won’t necessarily be the path that is right for you.

So inspiring!

Kearaa has inspired me so much! She has helped me with planning vacations, reset routines, journaling, etc. I just started watching her podcasts about a month or two ago but love them! I listen to her podcasts while I get ready for the day and it is a great start of my morning! She is amazing!

Kearaa is so genuine and so inspiring. I listened to all of her episodes in the span of a couple weeks after I found the podcast! Hearing her talk about her journey on the path to following her dreams reminds me about the dreams I still have and the goals that I still want to achieve. Keep it up! New Favorite Podcast!!

Just found this podcast a few weeks ago and I’ve binged like half the episodes! I love how real and relatable Keara is. A lot of influencers are unrealistic or impractical with how they perform “self care.” Keara gives such great advice but doesn’t make me feel like I need to be “doing it all” if that makes sense. She’s also just fun to listen to and very down to earth. Feels like chatting with a friend! Please keep this podcast going!!
