Are You Living in “Default Mode”‪?‬ Life Juicy

Do you ever find yourself repeating the same habits over and over, with little thought as to why you do the things you do? When we engage in these repetitive behaviors, especially the kind that bring us the same, unwanted results, it stems from somewhere. Once we recognize the source, we can finally begin to untangle ourselves.
 
If you’ve simply been going through the motions of life, it could mean that you’re stuck in “default mode”. This means that you’re living in a cycle without any real awareness of your actions. And if you’re seeking change, the only way you can achieve it is by creating intention. 
 
In the first episode of Life Juicy, I’m sharing with you a bit about my own journey from a life in default mode that lacked direction, into a happier, more fulfilled, altogether juicier way of being. I’ll share the lessons I’ve learned during my 10 years of spiritual teaching, coaching, and self-development that will help you become a freer, fuller version of yourself.
 
You, too, can shift from living in a default state into a higher consciousness, creating the life you really want to live. It’s time to shed the false beliefs that have been holding you back, and start creating a juicier, more meaningful, self-directed existence.
