About the podcast...
Hi! We’re Jenn, Ellen, and Annette — three friends who grew up together, moved across the globe, and discovered our ADHD as adults. The road to diagnosis was long, and we mostly coped through creativity. Now, we’re out to help others and keep improving ourselves by sharing how ADHD impacted our lives. We’ll delve into science and discuss personal hypotheses, tell hilariously awkward stories, and answer questions from listeners. We hope you’ll find a sense of community and support as we fall up the stairs of life, laughing all the way.
About the word...
Basiltov began as an inside joke born from a night of adult beverages. Jenn made a joke about Ellen’s basil plant, then randomly shouted BASILTOV when Annette won a drinking game. We’ve shouted it at each other ever since, either as a greeting or as congratulations, and now we’re using it as a podcast title, which is spectacularly ADHD if you ask us. Check out basiltov.com for more about us and our favorite topic – ADHD.

Cyber-Ronin Konsho ,

Epitome of easily distracted ADHD "sufferers"?

The hosts of this show need to keep their discussions focused on the main topic of the podcast. They tend to drift onto unrelated topics and subjects that they know little to nothing about.
