In this podcast I describe the whys and hows of taking action. In times when we are pent up, it can be easy to be sucked in by mindless, surface level activities like watching shows or scrolling our phones. If you want to feel fulfilled you must prioritize action whether it be the deep activities like meditating or journaling that we need in our lives or just 5 minutes of exercise! At the end catch a good way to know how to tell if you are truly taking action.
