Yoga is a good way to love yourself

I took the 200 hour online yoga classes with Blue Yoga in 2020. I learned some deep things about myself and how I fit in the world. I received such a welcome from Ashley and my cohorts. It is lifeline I have for life. Most important I learned I have the power to change the world and so with all my newfound wisdom I went to college and now studying my passion Sustainability and the Environment!
