The best Yoga Nidra
I have been studying and practicing Yoga Nidra now for some time. I have had the best experiences with Jill’s podcast here. Her voice is compelling and lovely. I can almost feel the depth of her healing and gifted warm-heartedness. She had a gift for in a short period of time supporting relaxation and this session also provides for the body to suspend in order to provide for healing. I use it three days a week prior to caring for my grandson. I have to travel via place and stay in a guest house. Using this session supports the Ayurveda tradition of routine for me and provides a foundation for approaching the day. This is an example of the finest in the Ayurveda tradition. Jill is a gift. Thank you.
