    Recorded early Dec'18 on the run up towards the Christmas holidays in this yin yang practice we learn to take up residence in all parts of ourself and simply breathe into the experience. We learn to let go of expectation, trying to create a particular result or suppress a specific emotion, instead we acknowledge it all - the steadiness and the restlessness, the discontentment and the joy. For it is from this place we can rest into Grace, even if it is a little uncomfortable or chaotic around us!
    Perfect practice for the Holiday season!

The best Yoga Nidra

I have been studying and practicing Yoga Nidra now for some time. I have had the best experiences with Jill’s podcast here. Her voice is compelling and lovely. I can almost feel the depth of her healing and gifted warm-heartedness. She had a gift for in a short period of time supporting relaxation and this session also provides for the body to suspend in order to provide for healing. I use it three days a week prior to caring for my grandson. I have to travel via place and stay in a guest house. Using this session supports the Ayurveda tradition of routine for me and provides a foundation for approaching the day. This is an example of the finest in the Ayurveda tradition. Jill is a gift. Thank you.
