Good Information
I am enjoying listening to the journey of Mona. I wish she would talk about loose skin though. This is one of my biggest concerns. I love the information in these podcasts and it makes me feel comfortable with getting surgery. I am excited.
Dr Brown Is The Best
Dr Brown did my gastric sleeve surgery about 2 1/2 years ago. I lost just about 100 lbs. It wasn’t as easy as people think. There’s a lot of adjustments & critical thinking that goes into your new lifestyle after surgery. Dr Brown always explained everything. I’m glad to say that I’m a success story! I did, however, regain about 30lbs in the last year, but finding this podcast has really brought me back to center & reminded me what Dr Brown had told me during my post surgery follow-ups. I really hope you keep this podcast going. It’s super beneficial!
Thanks Again,
