Hayungski ,

So encouraging and informative!!

I finally figured out how to write a review lolol and so here I am!! I did a group coaching program with Melissa this spring and it was life-changing. I’m still working on so many of the things we worked through as a group, so this podcast (which was super helpful before too) is super helpful to remind me of what I’ve learned and help make firmer my understanding of true health and my goals. Thank you Melissa and Dalina!!

Also, the episode where you spoke with the pediatrician Meli was SO HELPFUL!!

Great!

I love getting to work on myself between sessions. It helps to drive home points and it’s a pick me up on bad days. Thanks for providing this podcast

Love this podcast

Love the down to earth style and great information being shared in these podcasts. There is a lot of misunderstandings about intuitive eating and our relationship with food and body and this podcast helps increase our understanding and awareness.
