WOW

Just wow, recently came across this and was looking for a podcast like this for years. It feels like free therapy, and I always have something to unpack and reflect on each episode. It’s making me think about past experiences and honestly improving my self worth/confidence. I also love that it still feels light and that there’s lot of variety in the episodes. Can’t wait to keep listening!

Amazing!

Harpo’s podcast, Brown Girl Guilt has been such a beautiful thing in my life in so many ways. As someone who relates and resonates with her stories, I think it gave me the opportunity to reflect and see the relationships I have with myself - My body, my mind, and my heart. It made me understand the beauty of healing and although it seems scary at first, it’s quite amazing actually. I’ve been dealing with difficult things for majority of my life and Harpo’s podcasts helped me develop this sense of self - a self where I love me, love who I am, and I’m just happy with BEING. I never thought I could experience such joy and comfort in my own journey of healing. Her eloquent style and her energetic bursts of vibrations can be felt through her podcasts. I would say a favorite episode of mine is Dear body and I encourage people to listen, get captivated by Harpo’s amazing, eloquent style and affectionate vibrations. All I can truly say is that she has changed my life in so many ways and I can’t wait for Season 2. Thank you, Harpo. <3 Xoxo.
