High Protein Crispy Chicken Quesadilla
50+ Grams of Protein for 450 Calories!
Sautee Ground Chicken with salt/pepper/garlic and oregano;
Add a srinkle optional Ginger for extra flavor
Splash with coconut aminos after sauteed for extra browning
Set aside Chicken
Heat Pan
Mix 100g Egg Whites + 1 Egg and pour in pan
Place Carb Balance Tortilla on Egg Mixture
Allow to cook until liftable with Spatula
Flip Tortilla until cooked through
Place 3oz Ground chicken on half tortilla in pan
Add 1/4 Cup Reduced fat Mexican Cheese
Allow cheese to melt and then lift tortilla to sandwich like a taco
Flip Tortilla to Brown
Take off pan/Cut in half and plate
Serve w TBSP Low Fat Sour Cream, Salsa, Chopped Cilantro and Squeezed Lime..

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY WELLNESS SHOTS FULL RECIPE

2 Peeled Lemons
4 Tbsp+ Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother)
Blend until liquid
Pour into strainer over bowl; reduce to solely liquid removing the rind and allowing liquid to remain
Store away for the week and enjoy a shot or two a day!

200 grams NF greek yogurt Chobani
1 scoop choc protein powder
2 scoops cocoa flavenols
1 tbsp nat peanut butter
1 egg
2 truvia
2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
Mix it up
In microwave 2 ½ minutes..
Top it of with some melted natural peanut butter and a couple of Reese's pieces..
