Brooke’s Cancer
Brooke’s story was amazingly informative and heartbreaking. It’s shocking that someone so young is diagnosed with colon cancer, when the medical community encourages having a first colonoscopy around age 50! I have been screened and will continue to be screened. I am a woman in my sixties. Many, many of my friends and colleagues have been diagnosed with breast cancer and lung cancer. Most of them are around my age. In the future I will encourage my children (around Brooke’s age) and my younger friends to get screened for colon cancer in their 30’s, no matter what their doctor’s recommend. Thank you Brooke.
Very informative and superbly done!

I highly recommend this podcast to anyone who is a cancer survivor or is interested in learning more about cancer (there truly is sooo much more to cancer than we think!)
Keep up the great work!
Can’t wait to tune in on the next episode :)
