EP300: Resting as your true nature (Working with thought and awareness)

EP300: Resting as your true nature (Working with thought and awareness)

Episode 300 is all about working with thought and awareness to re-cognize your true nature. Awareness is always-present. It is who and what you are. It is overlooked due to identification with thought.Thought, attended to and identified with, is dead. It’s not always-present nor is it who or what you are.How to re-familiarize yourself with

EP299: Guided Meditation: Exploring What Is

EP299: Guided Meditation: Exploring What Is

I get a lot of questions about what it looks like to feel what’s arising.  How do we welcome what’s here? How can we fully immerse in what is? These are great questions that aren’t easily addressed by more talking about it; so in this episode, I walk you through an experiential exploration. This was very intuitive

EP298: The Headless Way with Richard Lang

EP298: The Headless Way with Richard Lang

Richard Lang was a recent guest speaker in The Little School of Big Change community. This episode is a portion of our time with him. This conversation with Richard is an investigation into your true nature. From a few feet away, you appear to others as a person. You appear to them, so you’re told,

EP297: When you have it and you lose it

EP297: When you have it and you lose it

It can be heartbreaking to feel as if you “have it” – clear seeing, a buzzing energy, emotional freedom, a loss of identity –and then to feel as if you “lose it”. And, this is what you signed up for. It must be this way. This is awakening, not the always happy picture your mind

EP296: Why you’re absolutely guaranteed to get what’s perfect for you

EP296: Why you’re absolutely guaranteed to get what’s perfect for you

We’re always getting what we most need because what we “get” is our own projection.  It’s a projection from and as an insecure identity. That’s what our triggers are – the areas where the self we take ourselves to be feels threatened and insecure. This is why it seems that we are victimized by the same

EP295: The Fundamental Exploration of Identity

EP295: The Fundamental Exploration of Identity

In this episode I have an amazing conversation with Dr. Kathleen Perry about the most important exploration: Who am I? Kathleen shares how being curious about identity is fundamental to everything we’re up to and everything we’re up against. Nothing shifts the way life looks and feels the way an exploration of identity can.Kathleen discusses

Game Changer

I have loved every single episode that I’ve listen to. The one that has helped me the most was when Amy shared her eating disorder, history and how she practiced recognizing the lower brain voice, and how it takes time but once it clicks in, it is life-changing I also liked today’s podcast the message to give children. This, too shall pass, and to keep reiterating that nothing is permanent. Life always becomes balanced. If you allow it to it has helped my anxiety so much in my life, the entire philosophy of impermanence loving and the breath. I even gave this podcast recommendation to my therapist, who is helping me with my mindset around food. Thank you so much Amy keep going.

The BEST part of every Monday!

I seriously cannot say enough about how much Amy Johnson has changed the way I see the world. This podcast became the BEST part of every Monday back in early 2019 when I was truly suffering. It was like a beacon of light and a ray of hope. As I woke up to the truth of wholeness and healing within me, the podcast morphed from a space of hope to a weekly opportunity to deeply ground in the awareness that I do not share the limits of my body, my stories, or my beliefs. Each week, I continue to look forward to Amy’s podcast, not because o “need” it but because it inspires a wonderful remembering of who I am beyond the story of me. ❤️ I am so grateful for this podcast. Amy, I hope you never stop making them.
