Anthem Heart ,

BP is a beast in all levels

My only question is why it took me so long to find this pod!? You took the words out of my mouth, sauna is forced meditation and digital detox!
As great as the community saunas are, the solo sessions are especially spiritually transformative, feeling is believing.
