The STRONG Life Podcast with Zach Even - Esh

I’ve been consuming Zach’s content for years now. Through the blog, YouTube, and this podcast. The training principles, methodologies, and just gritty hard work that Zach teaches works! Took over my local high schools wrestling team S&C this past year and trained them all spring/summer/fall and in season as well using mostly things I’ve learned over the years from Zach. We ended up sending the entire team excluding one kid to the toughest regional tournament in our state. And for the first time in 10 years had two kids go to the state tournament, and for the first time in 20 years had two wrestlers make it to the podium in the state tournament. These programs applied with the right amount of intensity and grit WILL WORK!! Thanks Zach!

I just listened to the Mondo recap. Stated plainly, it was legends talking about legends. I l loved the anecdotes about procuring a sense of pride in the gym. Cleaning the gym is not a punishment, we are the lucky ones who get to steward it. We are the lucky ones who get to have the space and time. The athletes make it theirs. 💪💪
