Been listening for a year now. Still loving this podcast!

Found Jay’s show over year ago and it’s always awesome catching up on his programming. Keeps it real and I enjoy his perspective. Comes across as a tough no nonsense approach but it is what is needed to really keep pushing. Keep it up, Jay. You got a lot of followers that respect your content.

Do not delay

One of my few regrets in life.. not signing up with Jay Ferrugia coaching sooner. As a very active 50 year old man I always thought just being active was enough. Surfing and all things two wheels has been a big part of my life. My experience with strength training for the most part left me so sore i became averse to it. Well let’s put that in the past. Nearly 9 months into Jay’s program I am a convert and stronger than I ever have been physically and most importantly mentally. His podcast delivers so much great content that is aligned with how he coaches. Jay Ferrugia really cares about leveling us up.

I am hooked on listening to Jay every-time a show drops. I am about to turn 48 and really enjoy the mindset that Jay wants a man to have. I also enjoy the wrestling drops as I am a big fan.
