World Class Podcast

Ben is a breath of fresh air in the fitness space. Always striving to learn more and more. His podcast and the guests he has on are absolutely phenomenal. As a collegiate strength & conditioning coach, I can honestly say this is one of the best resources I utilize to further my knowledge within my field. Can’t recommend this podcast and anything Ben puts out enough.

Ben’s mindset helped me be the person I am today

I’ve been following Ben’s podcasts for years now through the Muscle Experts podcasts. I appreciate that he shares his knowledge on not only living a healthy life but really focuses on mindfulness. The way he sees the world with such clarity and how he shares his experiences and knowledge makes me so grateful to learn his perspective and attitude towards being the best person one can be.
