This show goes deeper than any other show I’ve listened too about health and wellness. I love listening to two meat heads talking about lifting and all the screwing around they do. What makes this show different I’m learning and not just being entertained. Some of the stuff is over my head but I’m relatively new to the technical side of exercising. That’s what I like the most is this is helping me to grow my knowledge. Keep it up the only thing I wish was that there was more episodes to listen too every week!
