Ben is extremely motivational

The title says it all. The man is motivated. He gives great advice. Not just fitness related. In all aspects of your life. But he does show how the discipline and habits of exercise, nutrition, mindfulness, and all things wellness related, translate to other aspects of your life. Definitely recommend this to any person who’s into bettering themselves and wants to go into the mind of a man and his guests who will help them get there.
