    I don’t eat 100% whole food plant based all of the time, and I’ve yet to come across anyone who does. Sure, I was raised vegetarian and had a childhood fondness for millet that rivals most kids' love for Fruity Pebbles, but that doesn’t mean I’m not human.

    I savor chocolate, vegan butter, and even fried tofu sometimes. How do I do this without beating myself up about not being perfect? 

    I know that perfection doesn’t exist and I stay out of the all-or-nothing mindset. 

    The all-or-nothing mindset usually leads to a downward spiral ending with a box of donuts and letting your kale die a slow, sad death in the fridge.

    For those new to the concept, batch cooking means dedicating a few hours once a week to prep multiple meals. It's all about streamlining your daily cooking routine and making your plant fueled life easy and delicious.

    When you batch cook, you're essentially prepping several meals simultaneously, meals you'd otherwise prepare individually throughout the week. 

    Consider this: you can prepare five recipes with almost the same effort as preparing one. So, if you'd spend an hour making dinner from scratch on a typical Monday night, imagine doing that every weeknight. That's five hours a week! But with batch cooking, you can dedicate 3 hours on a Sunday, and each night's meal will only take 10-20 minutes. It's a game-changer.

Solid advice and support spoken with kindness

I have been reading and listening to Molly’s thoughts since 2018, and I love it what she has to say. ❤️ not only has going on this whole food plant based journey helped me tremendously with my health, but it’s made me a better person to hear Molly’s take on life issues, emotions, and being human, week after week. My life would not be the same without her influence and impact. ❤️❤️❤️ She combines great tips on plant-based eating with her great sense of humor, modeling self-love for us, and not taking herself too seriously. While eating plant-based can feel like a serious topic, she makes it feel fun and light a lot of the time. Which is quite a feat in my opinion. Love you, Molly!!

I have followed Clean Food Dirty Girl Molly Patrick for seven years. Her wisdom is honest, thorough, funny and always very very helpful. She and her team are so creative with their meal plan and I think everybody should try them. I have learned so much from Molly over the years. Some of my favorite memories are the lessons that we learned on how to use an instant pot, how do use a bidet on Instagram, and even the way to chop and store vegetables. I love her humor and her humility and I treasure every time she speaks.Molly has a way of speaking from the heart that goes straight to my heart.

Down to earth food ad life coaching to make WFPB eating doable.

I am newer to whole food plant based eating and had been looking for podcasts and sites to provide resources and inspiration to help me on my journey to find better health. This podcast and her website are amazing. Molly is so approachable and provides so many tools to make this eating style so much easier. While I came here for the food I think I can use her coaching through challenges and tips for time management in so many other areas of my life. She truly made me realize how much grace i should give myself on this journey.
