I’m neither vegan nor a mom but a friend turned me on to Chelsea because I for years have been trying to find a way to live free from obsessing about what I eat. She presents information with so much logic and compassion it is impossible not to find myself opening up to other possibilities. Even after only listening to a few episodes I found some key insights that massively changed my approach to eating and have been living a much happier life free from food anxiety since. Seriously the best gift you can give yourself if food struggles have taken over your life.

My younger but wiser sister.

Every new episode I get so excited what my younger, wiser sister has to tell me this time. She talks about weight loss, yes, but she also digs into life and habit hacks new and old and shares them in easily digestible (ha) bits.
