Josh has been training one of my colleagues, Dr Pete, for nearly a decade. I've learned so much from Dr Pete over the years about exercise skill and the importance of movement. Once I discovered I could work with Dr Petes teacher and trainer, from a distance, I jumped at the opportunity.

Great relevant source of health and wellness!

Have been listening since the beginning and am impressed with the growth in confidence and professionalism of the hosts in a short amount of time.
Great to see the development with some really interesting and informative guest interviews now being included.
I think the length of the podcasts are good - not too long but enough to cover topics in sufficient detail.
Enjoying them very much and interested to keep learning and helping me stay motivated to work on my health!! Keep up the great work Josh and Andy!!
