Diving Deep 🔥

This woman Celeste brings a unique perspective to interviewing some of the fitness industry’s best and amazing athletes in the sport of bodybuilding! I’ve listen to countless episodes now and it’s safe to say she along with the athletes she gets to interview are quite amazing and to hear their journeys to the stage for first time, pro status or even into the Olympia stage!

It’s a huge eye opener non the less to understand the athletes mindset and journey to these amazing accomplishments. Most aww these athletes as “perfect” yet we all learning and we all battle things along the way to accomplish these goals! So it’s a beautiful thing to dive deeper into the minds of these athletes and gain a grater perspective on what it takes and what’s needed to be understood if you describe to get into a hard as frkkk sport like this! It ain’t for everyone that’s for sure but every aspect of the process is always worth it in the end and who you become along the way!!

Again thank you to all the amazing woman and men who have shared their journeys on here to allow newbies + seasons armatures and even pros much more understanding that “we” aren’t the only ones battling these challenges along the way!!

If it’s something you want, desire and need in your life…. CHASE IT! The process to the goal is always worth it !

Much love to Celeste for using this Podcast to showcase such amazing stories and journeys.. which allows us all to relate in many ways! 🦄🙌🏻
