-
- Health & Fitness
Every Tuesday evening in Downtown Portland, the Deadstock Run Club hosts a gathering for people get in a little exercise. "Gettin' To It" for a longer run of 4-5 miles. Gettin' Into It for a 2-3 mile and a newly added walking group. One of the individuals that guides the process is Amir Armstrong, a former Division I track and field athlete and current dot connector in the city, came through to talk about club. On this crossover episode of Fitness Is A Habit with the Klyph Notes podcast, I talk with Amir about settling in to a new city, the challenges of being a student athlete, the importance of community and maintaining mental health.
