    Ethical Obligations

    Ethical Obligations

Throughout our careers all dentists will see failing dentistry and even have our own work fail eventually. But what if it was treatment that was performed recently by us or another dentist? How should those situations be communicated to patients and even to a patient's  previous dentist, if necessary? And what if you suspect there has been a case of over-diagnosis or over-treatment? We discuss all of this and much more on Episode 59.

Fun, easy-going show

I’m happy you guys are back! I’m a newer associate dentist, and I just like hearing about your experiences in the field, stories, and your discussions of current issues/trends/procedures. It’s fun to listen to and it’s relatable content. There isn’t any other podcast like yours out there. It’s easy to feel isolated in this field, but listening to your podcast makes me feel like I’m connected somehow. Thanks!

Best

By far one of the best podcasts I have. Inspiring firsthand accounts of the ins and outs of daily life as a dentist. With a sprinkle of humor....(okay maybe a gallon of humor 🙂)

Ben Fischl ,

Love the candor about dentistry!

This has been the most helpful resource I’ve found in learning about the reality of dentistry... although it hasn’t swayed me away from wanting to change my course and pursue dentistry, it’s definitely given me a more sober understanding of what is to come. Thanks for everything, fellas!
