Episode 67 - "I Actually Made It Outside"

Episode 67 - "I Actually Made It Outside"

It's cool that my friend helped me step outside. Sometimes it's difficult to leave the house, but I'm glad I did this time. Bringing a book to read and being surrounded by nature felt good.

Episode 64 - When Should You Tell Someone You Are Feeling Depressed?

Episode 64 - When Should You Tell Someone You Are Feeling Depressed?

Finding a balance between opening up, bottling things in, and deciding to push through challenges on my own is a constant work in progress.  Do you think there are better times than others to talk about what you are going through? When you are feeling depressed, is there a "right" and "wrong" time to open up? When do you feel comfortable talking about your mental health? Let's figure this out together.

Episode 63 - I Don’t Care To Fit In Anymore

Episode 63 - I Don’t Care To Fit In Anymore

I'm so okay with not fitting in. It saddens me at times, but when I realize I wouldn't be here today if I didn't believe in myself and choose who I want to be in this life, rather than who others think I "should" be, I feel a sense of strength. It takes courage to stand on your own character in this world. I hope this episode shows you that you are not alone in fighting projections, perceptions, and even your own self-doubt. Keep going. You got this.

Help me

I’m only 11 and I feel like i do stuff wrong my mom says I’m rude after talking to someone she says l’m ungrateful and take everything for granted when I’m smiling I’m crying on the inside every day I try not to cry in front of everybody and it’s hard. When I talk to someone about this it’s hard because I’m trying to be strong but there’s something Inside and it just takes over I try to just lose emotion and not cry but I can’t and my mom makes that harder cause she’s always judges me like I put some clothes on she says that I should not have worn that cause something else is better and it’s hard. I never really want to talk about this but it’s like it’s Better because I’m talking to someone who also is going through with what I am experiencing. Please respond and tell me what to do.
