I’m a firm believer in the benefits of movement; moving your body in a way that feels good, brings you joy, and boosts your mood. As a parent, sharing a love of movement is one of the best things we can do for our kids.

Danielle started Fit N Play Mama to bridge the gap between adult and children fitness and nutrition. Today she’s sharing her best tips with TONS of examples for how you and your kids can be active together.
And when you need a break, she’s got you covered on that too and is giving insight into how we can use screen time as a benefit instead of that twinge of guilt we can feel flipping on the tv or handing over the iPad.
