Love it

I really like this podcast and I find it so helpful. Some supplements and vitamins I’m interested in and I wonder if there are show notes because I forget so quick.

Unrealistic

I have listened to a few episodes and I find that this podcast promotes restriction and solely focuses on weight loss as opposed to getting healthy, feeling well, and finding balance. Would not recommend.
