Great podcast!

Dr. Dovec and Hannah are incredibly smart and helpful, and they’re also fun to listen to and keep it real! As a fellow dietitian, I’d recommend this show to anyone wanting to learn more about weight loss in a relaxed and low pressure format.

I love this podcast. I stumbled upon it few months ago and have learned so much about weight, diet, and overall health. This podcast empowered me to talk to my own doctor about medically assisted weight loss! Love the energy and approachable nature of the language they use.
