DELON CANTERBURY, Board Certified Geriatric Pharmacist and Founder of GeriatRX, a Deprescribing Accelerator Program based on the premise that the majority of patients taking 15-18 medications annually are aged over 65, preventable medication errors cost nearly $21 billion dollars annually, and the ongoing inappropriate , HARMFUL, use of medications in the senior population.
