Health Benefits of Vitamin D
It is estimated that 1 billion people worldwide have a deficiency in Vitamin D! This deficiency can be attributed to both lifestyle and environmental factors. While some Vitamin D is supplied by the foods we eat, most of it is made in the body when our skin is exposed to sunlight.
In fact, Vitamin D is a hormone that is made when UV rays from the sun contact our skin which converts cholesterol into Vitamin D. Vitamin D3 is the active form after being converted in the liver.
Join Dr. Hotze today as he discusses the benefits of keeping your Vitamin D levels optimal to benefit your health!

A Natural Solution for Hot Flashes with Guest Sherry Fowle
Ladies, are you tired of not sleeping well, experiencing night sweats and fatigue? If so – listen up! As we age, our hormone levels decline which can cause a host of unpleasant symptoms. Fortunately, there are natural solutions that can help you feel better.
Many physicians prescribe birth control pills to attempt to “balance your hormones,” but birth control pills are counterfeit hormones that don’t solve the underlying cause of your symptoms, plus have many negative side effects. You need bioidentical hormones that are identical to the ones made by your body.
Join Dr. Hotze and his guest Sherry Fowle, as they discuss how visiting the Hotze Health & Wellness Center over 12 years ago changed her life! Not only did Sherry feel like she was being listened to and understood, but her symptoms resolved in just a matter of weeks and she is now full of energy.

The Benefits of Bone Density Testing with Guest Lesia Dubriel, RT(R)(CT)
Approximately 10 million Americans have osteoporosis and another 44 million have low bone density, placing them at increased risk. This means that half of all adults age 50+ are at risk of breaking a bone and should be concerned about bone health!
Aside from age, factors that can contribute to bone loss include smoking, drinking sodas, hormone imbalance, lack of physical activity, previous broken bones, and Vitamin D deficiency.
Luckily, modern technology allows us to screen for osteoporosis and osteopenia with a safe, non-invasive bone density scan.
Join Dr. Hotze and guest, Lesia Dubriel, RT(R)(CT), as they discuss modern bone density scanning technology and how to increase bone strength. Lesia Dubriel is the Radiology Department Director and Technologist at Hotze Health & Wellness Center.

LGBTQAI+ DISCRIMINATORY PRACTICES
They don’t hire LGBTQAI+ persons — what a horrible place to work/or be a LGBTQAI+ customer #equalityforall …they probably won’t hire minorities next and chalk it up to Conservative values … sad.
Love!!!
I have fallen in love with Dr. Hotze!! I found him at the perfect time...while I was suffering from severe postpartum depression. I wish more than anything that I lived closer to the Wellness Center and could attend. However he helped me advocate for myself with my own doctors and I am now on natural progesterone and desiccated thyroid and finally starting to feel better. Thank you so much Dr. Hotze!
