No matter who you are. No matter how long you’ve been training. Darin offers something just for you. Knowledgeable. Encouraging. Educational and informative. It’s all here. Most bodybuilding talk only centers around the top tier but this podcast talks about relative to all leveled from the top competitors to the local gym Rey to the newbie trying to tackle a New Years resolution. A must Listen!!!

I’ve learned a ton from this podcast, it’s direct and to the point, and comes from someone who has experience and isn’t schilling products or sponsors. Very little BS and very practical. Well done!
Darin is definitely entertaining and I enjoy listening during my workouts. It’s a nice twist to have listeners call in with their questions. Darin always has great advice and I like his no B.S. approach.
