Love Alessandra!
Alessandra is so much fun and so open about how she has struggled with mental health. It’s so refreshing to listen to her and be inspired to work on my own mental health journey, stigma free! ❤️
So important subject matter!
We are in a time of needing to know & understand mental illness; to remove the stigma attached to it. So this podcast is amazing for that! I was so excited for the episode with Eden Sher because we don’t really hear from her often, & I couldn’t wait to hear her story. In the end, although she was so incredibly open and willing to share so many intimate & private details, I wish she’d been able to just speak without being interrupted so often. I understand it’s a conversation and it needs to be kept moving but maybe just allow them continue the thought when possible. I’m sure, however, there are guests who need the nudge to keep moving along, but Eden certainly doesn’t. She seems like a dream guest who can tell a real, smart, & interesting story while still keeping it smart and fun!
Again, thank you for this subject matter!!! It’s just sooooo important!
Great show
I really appreciate this show and it’s perspective on mental health issues. It makes having the hard conversations easier and the shows add some levity to the subject. @hopes.still.here
