Jennifer Dragonette has a burning passion to help women get off the crazy fad diets that don’t work and are actually harming their bodies. Her  journey started when she was a child and was diagnosed with three  chronic illnesses, that can now be connected to inflammation. Her twenty-plus years of healing her own body, and nutrition, EFT  Tapping, and yoga training has allowed her to build a program that  combines mind, body, and soul. This approach allows for food freedom and unconditional love for self. A perfect combination for health, weight-loss, and an abundance of happiness.
