She fell in love with yoga after attending her first yoga class in 1997 and has been teaching yoga for more than 2 decades since. Tara has completed over 1000+ hours of training and 10,000 hours of teaching students worldwide. Her favourite thing in the world is to teach people yoga. To share with people how to breathe, rest and let go. She is the true embodiment of the practice. Tara regularly offers retreats, yin yoga teacher trainings & yoga therapy sessions supporting people to breathe better & rest deeper.
