Solid show!

Love the concept. Unique and different take on the super hero world. Really enjoyable for someone like myself who lives fitness. Solid audio quality and guests too! Look forward to more.

I’ve listened to a lot of podcasts over the years, and there is nothing quite like this one. It’s quirky, but awesome. My son and I have listened to every episode in order during some long car rides. The show is an interesting mix of fitness, inspiration, goal setting, geekiness, and fantastic interviews. We’ve honestly decided some of these interviews with the “trainers behind the stars” are probably better than interviews with the stars themselves. Some of the show’s guests just spend so much time going into great details and behind the scenes stories! The interview style brings that out, down to earth, funny and relatable. Keep up the great work! Give us a shout out to Massachusetts!
